Skinflaps

I ran a few raids on Skinflaps the last few days. Haven't been getting much and have been talking with him a little. He asked about joining up and I told him I'd pass along the request. Not sure what he has for troops. Sounds like he's been doing some recycling. He's played travian in the past and has already dropped his second planet.
